Suppression Lists
Suppression lists prevent calls from being routed to specific buyers. Each suppression list is scoped to individual buyers, so a caller can be suppressed from one buyer while still being routable to others.
- Per-buyer scope — each buyer can have its own suppression list
- Routing filter — the routing engine checks suppression lists before forwarding calls
- Use case — buyers who do not want repeat calls from specific numbers or who have their own internal DNC lists
Blacklists
Blacklists operate at the company level and block callers entirely, regardless of which buyer or offer the call would route to.

DNC List Checking
Enable DNC (Do Not Call) list checking on your offers and schedules. When enabled, TrackDrive verifies caller numbers against your DNC list before routing calls or placing outbound dials, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
TCPA Shield Integration
TrackDrive integrates with TCPA Shield to provide real-time TCPA compliance checking. When enabled on a schedule, each lead is verified against TCPA Shield's database before any outbound contact is attempted. Leads flagged as litigators or high-risk are automatically blocked.

Blacklist Alliance Integration

Skip Mobile Numbers
For campaigns that should only contact landline numbers, enable the Skip Mobile Numbers option on your outbound call settings. This prevents outbound calls to mobile numbers, which may have different regulatory requirements under TCPA.
TCPA Daily Limits
Enforce daily contact attempt limits per lead to comply with TCPA regulations. When Enforce TCPA Daily Limits is enabled, TrackDrive tracks the number of contact attempts per lead per day and stops further attempts once the limit is reached.
